Code/Art

As a young art consultant and female entrepreneur in the Miami market, Hayworth’s founder Ellie Hayworth has been actively involved in local nonprofit Code/Art, which has a mission to encourage grade-school aged girls to code and take steps to close the gender gap in tech. Ellie’s involvement in this organization has been multifaceted and includes moderating several panels with entrepreneurs, artists, and thought-leaders at the intersection of art and tech.

Additionally, Ellie has had the privilege of emceeing several conferences bringing together elected leaders and business leaders in the Miami tech scene. Through Ellie’s involvement with this nonprofit, Hayworth has gained a deep appreciation for the value of technology and the role it plays in shaping our future.

Participating in this organization has allowed Ellie to apply skills and experience as an art consultant to support the mission of the nonprofit while also gaining a new perspective on the intersection of art and technology. By moderating panels and emceeing conferences, Ellie has had the opportunity to connect with some of the brightest minds in the Miami tech scene and learn from their experiences and insights.

In addition to the personal growth and professional development opportunities that come with involvement in this nonprofit, Hayworth is proud to be making a tangible difference in the lives of young girls in our community. Encouraging young girls to pursue careers in tech is not only important for gender equality, but also for the growth and innovation of our society as a whole.
