Hayworth was engaged by OM Editions to consult for their Miami launch in Fall of 2022. OM Editions is a mother-daughter design studio founded by Patricia Morrison and Orianna Tufano Morrison. Through the OM Editions digital platform, individuals may shop the brand’s signature limited edition furniture collections and a curated selection of artist and artisan home décor objects. OM Editions further caters interior design consulting services to clients seeking a holistic partner to achieve their design goals.
The brand’s inaugural Edition 01 collection consists of eight pieces manufactured in Europe. All collections are numbered limited editions accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from OM Editions. The avant-garde and minimalist designs included in their first collection integrate the elegance of wood, glass, plexiglass and stone using carefully chosen renewable materials that combine durability with luxury and comfort. The collection finds inspiration in the philosophy of cultivating inner balance in our minds and homes as embodied in the artworks of James Turrell and Carlos Cruz-Diez and in the architecture of Oscar Niemeyer. A stand-out in the collection is the iconic WaveWoo table, made by artisans, with an undulating wood base and a porcelain or tinted-glass tabletop. Another is the GlobeWoo coffee table with its sleek sheet of glass balanced atop a sphere.
For their Miami debut, OM Editions participated in a 3-designer showcase at the Primaried Studio design showroom in Miami’s Little Haiti neighborhood in October 2022.
Hayworth contributed PR support, media training, “pop-up” event production, event marketing, and on-site event support for OM Editions.
