Pintô International

Pintô International was founded in 2017 in the East Village of New York City with a mission to promote the work of contemporary Filipino artists on an international stage. Founded to support the mission of its parent institution — museum and non-profit foundation Pintô Art Museum in the Philippines — Pintô International is the New York-based entity that drives Pintô’s global exhibitions and programming.  The organization is committed to supporting the careers of pioneering contemporary artists of the region and to fostering global connoisseurship for their distinct artistic practices.

In collaboration with Hayworth, Pintô International launched its formal programming with a quarterly exhibition calendar and monthly Pinto Sessions, or arts programs including talks, screenings, and performances.

Standout exhibitions include the inaugural installation Aliens of Manila: New York Colony by artist Leeroy New, Mother Boat featuring Olivia d'Aboville, Basia Goszczynska, Camille Hoffman, Joanna Vasquez Arong and 50 Years in Hollywood: Alexandre Arrechea, Alexis Zambrano, Allora & Calzadilla, Eileen Isagon Skyers, Joiri Minaya, Manuel Ocampo, Pow Martinez.  In 2019, Hayworth supported the organization in applying to UNTITLED Miami and consequently managing fair logistics including programming and communications management throughout the duration of the fair.
